Job Description
The Pack Assistant role involves merchandising, rotating, and facing all stock in your assigned department, ensuring that hygiene and food safety standards are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Centra’s brand values including pride, energy, creativity, and commitment to community.
- Maintain an excellent presentation of the entire store at all times.
- Collaborate with the Floor Manager to implement changes to store layouts, including ends and sides, ensuring accurate execution.
- Adhere to proper stock labeling and rotation procedures diligently.
- Verify deliveries by following the goods inwards protocols carefully.
- Keep the back-store clean, organized, and properly stocked.
