Job Description

The Pack Assistant role involves merchandising, rotating, and facing all stock in your assigned department, ensuring that hygiene and food safety standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Centra’s brand values including pride, energy, creativity, and commitment to community.
• Maintain an excellent presentation of the entire store at all times.
• Collaborate with the Floor Manager to implement changes to store layouts, including ends and sides, ensuring accurate execution.
• Adhere to proper stock labeling and rotation procedures diligently.
• Verify deliveries by following the goods inwards protocols carefully.
• Keep the back-store clean, organized, and properly stocked.
