Job Summary
This position is for a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. The role is focused on strengthening how the organization works by partnering with teams across the business, shaping HR-related initiatives, supporting internal change efforts, and contributing to better employee performance and more efficient processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive and assist with organizational development efforts aimed at improving overall effectiveness.
- Help with organizational design tasks, drafting or refining job descriptions, and workforce planning activities.
- Support performance management initiatives as well as learning and employee growth programs.
- Contribute to change management work and broader organizational projects.
- Review HR information, interpret findings, and prepare reports and practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to address business requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is needed.
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources is required.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- The role calls for solid communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, cooperative environment.
