About the Role
Mercor, a San Francisco-based company backed by prominent investors including Benchmark, General Catalyst, and Jack Dorsey, connects top-tier creative and technical professionals with leading AI research labs. We are currently seeking a Generalist on a contract basis to work remotely, compensated from $22 to $27 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide versatile support for projects involving research, data management, and operational tasks.
- Rapidly learn and employ new tools and processes as needed.
- Operate autonomously to deliver high-quality results even when tasks are not explicitly defined.
- Collaborate asynchronously with team members to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure precise and efficient completion of project milestones.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and apply new tools and technologies.
- Strong self-motivation with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
