  • Deliver onboarding sessions that help new hires understand company policies, procedures, culture, and structure.
  • Track onboarding tasks in SAP SuccessFactors and follow up promptly with the relevant stakeholders to close pending items.
  • Support system-based onboarding work such as uploading documents, monitoring workflows, and completing employee profiles.
  • Arrange access requirements for new hires, including email setup, system permissions, ID cards, and office equipment.
  • Work with Government Relations on residency matters, work permits, and other employee documents where needed.
  • Keep onboarding trackers, reports, and employee records updated while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collect feedback from new employees and use it to suggest improvements to the onboarding process.
