Key responsibilities

  • Create, run, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for revenue-facing roles such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, with a focus on delivering a consistent ramp experience.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and manage learning content inside LMS tools, working closely with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
  • Set up and maintain progress dashboards and tracking systems to follow ramp performance and quickly spot new hires who may need extra support.
  • Build standard coaching frameworks and practical tools that help managers guide new hires through clear development plans.
  • Develop and grow the AI role-play content library in partnership with subject matter experts, covering realistic scenarios like discovery calls, objection handling, and demos.
