About the Role

MBx Infra India Private Limited seeks a seasoned Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our Real Estate & Construction enterprise. The prospective candidate should possess established experience in managing office functions, documentation, project coordination, HR processes, MIS reporting, and vendor relations specifically within the Real Estate or Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive office administration and daily business operations.
  • Liaise effectively with Sales, CRM, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Directors.
  • Organize and maintain client records, project documentation, legal agreements, quotations, and contracts.
  • Manage HR activities including attendance tracking, leave management, onboarding procedures, employee data maintenance, and enforcing office discipline.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department regarding invoices, payments, expense documentation, and MIS report generation.
  • Handle office inventory, vendor relationships, procurement tasks, and facility upkeep.
  • Arrange meetings, document Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and monitor follow-up actions on pending items.
  • Generate and maintain reports spanning sales, project progress, collections, customer inquiries, and overall office performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safeguard the confidentiality of corporate information.
  • Provide support to Directors in day-to-day business planning and operational coordination.
