Overview

VitalCaring is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance its recruiting operations remotely.   • Ensure adherence to recruiting policies, employment laws, and internal standards.
  • Promote a superior experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.
  • Analyze recruiting data and operational reports to identify trends and improve performance metrics.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to executive reporting and insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing or leading recruiting teams.
  • Proven background in managing recruitment for high-volume and multi-state operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
