Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Loan Collection Executive/Officer to manage overdue payment collections effectively. The role involves proactive communication with customers to ensure timely repayments and resolving any related billing issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers through phone calls, emails, or personal visits to follow up on overdue loan payments.
- Keep detailed and precise records of outstanding balances and all collection activities conducted.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to facilitate debt recovery.
- Address and resolve any billing disputes or customer queries promptly and efficiently.
Eligibility
