Role overview
OSO Ristorante is hiring a full-time Line Cook to support kitchen production in a busy restaurant setting in Central Singapore Community Development Council, Singapore. The role focuses on preparing food, maintaining cooking quality, and assisting the kitchen team throughout service.
Key duties
- Handle kitchen work from initial food prep through to the completion of final dishes.
- Prepare and cook menu items while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Carry out tasks and instructions given by the Chef or Sous Chef.
Working schedule
- This is a 5-day workweek with split shifts covering lunch and dinner service.
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, break, then 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Saturday: lunch service is off; evening shift is 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Sunday: full day off.
