This position is for a Junior Payroll Specialist (w/m/d) based in Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany, within a long-established family-run business with almost 100 years of history. Key responsibilities
- Handle preparatory payroll processing for an assigned employee group from onboarding through exit.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and HR administration matters.
- Manage personnel administration, including employee files, statutory reporting, and confirmation documents.
- Reconcile payroll accounts with the finance and accounting team.
- Maintain employee master data and support time-tracking administration.
- Contribute to forward-looking HR initiatives, such as digitalization projects.

Candidate profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in HR.
- Professional experience in payroll and salary accounting.

- Confident use of MS Office.
