Key responsibilities

• Handle preparatory payroll processing for an assigned employee group from onboarding through exit.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and HR administration matters.
• Manage personnel administration, including employee files, statutory reporting, and confirmation documents.
• Reconcile payroll accounts with the finance and accounting team.
• Maintain employee master data and support time-tracking administration.
• Contribute to forward-looking HR initiatives, such as digitalization projects.

Candidate profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in HR.
• Professional experience in payroll and salary accounting.
• Solid knowledge of social security and tax law.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with the VEDA payroll system is an advantage, though not required.
