About the Role
We are seeking a Junior IT Technician based in Dubai to provide essential first-level IT assistance within our office environment. Ideal candidates should already be residing in the UAE and be ready to commence work immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Teams, as well as hardware malfunctions.
- Assist in enrolling devices into Microsoft Intune management system.
- Manage Active Directory tasks such as user account administration and password resets.
- Address challenges with printing systems and networked printers.
- Troubleshoot fundamental networking problems involving LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
- Set up and deploy user computers and laptops.
- Liaise with external vendors and support colleagues regionally as needed.
- Keep IT asset records up to date and ensure support tickets are accurately maintained.
- Escalate more complex technical issues to higher-level IT personnel.
