A thriving direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription company in London is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist who understands that successful performance-driven creative begins with deep customer insights. Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement performance-based creative strategies targeted at Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Evaluate campaign data regularly to identify and promote top-performing creative assets.
- Leverage customer insights to develop persuasive and high-conversion creative concepts.
- Create engaging and conversion-oriented scripts for user-generated content and paid social advertising.
- Produce comprehensive creative briefs to guide editors and content creators effectively.
- Analyze testing outcomes to extract actionable insights and lessons.
- Work collaboratively with media buyers and senior creative strategists to optimize campaign success.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years’ experience in creative strategy or performance marketing roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and inform decisions.
- Proven experience in writing scripts focused on driving performance metrics.
- A commercially-oriented mindset with solid understanding of creative testing methodologies.
- Previous work experience in D2C subscription or ecommerce businesses is essential.
