Role Overview

The IT Support Analyst (L1+) specializing in Asset Management, On-Boarding, and Invoice Processing plays a critical role in managing day-to-day IT operations related to asset lifecycle, supporting new employee integration, and handling vendor invoice workflows. This position requires an experienced professional capable of managing entire subprocesses independently, resolving exceptions proactively, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaise with HR and hiring managers to coordinate on-boarding schedules and ensure timely delivery of IT equipment.
  • Audit vendor invoices against purchase orders, delivery proofs, and service agreements, flagging discrepancies for managerial review while maintaining invoice tracking documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical audits of IT assets at the Gurgaon office premises.
