Job Responsibilities

This position entails managing international voice support, focusing on handling voice calls effectively and providing high-quality customer assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• At least six months of hands-on experience in an international voice process environment.
• Immediate availability to start, with up to 15 days' notice period considered.
• Capability to manage live voice interactions proficiently.

Additional Details

• Work schedule consists of a 5-day workweek, featuring rotational shifts, predominantly during night hours.
• Work location: Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
• Transportation support includes a two-way cab service available within a 25 km radius from the office, depending on shift timings.
• Compensation package ranges from 225000 to 350000 INR annually, based on candidate experience.
• The selection process involves an HR interview (walk-in), followed by an SD panel interview and a voice assessment.
• Sutherland maintains a strict policy against any payment or favors for job opportunities; suspicious activities should be reported promptly.
