Role overview
We are looking for an energetic and self-assured professional for the International BPO Executive position with Ibrowsejobs Technologies, a Bangalore-based IT consulting company. The role involves managing international customer interactions and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with overseas customers in a professional and courteous manner over the phone.
- Assist customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly and maintain strong client interaction throughout each call.
- Record customer details accurately and keep call logs up to date.
- Meet assigned daily targets related to productivity and service quality.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Basic working knowledge of computers is needed.
- The candidate should have good interpersonal ability and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, is required.
