Key responsibilities

• Speak with overseas customers in a professional and courteous manner over the phone.

• Record customer details accurately and keep call logs up to date.
• Meet assigned daily targets related to productivity and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
• Basic working knowledge of computers is needed.
• The candidate should have good interpersonal ability and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, is required.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply.

Compensation

The offered pay range is INR 300000 to 600000 per year.
