Role Summary

The Human Resources Officer will oversee employee residency and government documentation, manage HR compliance processes, and support daily personnel operations. This includes handling medical insurance, GOSI updates, government portal transactions, HR records, onboarding and offboarding, and broader administrative support for the HR function.

  • Provide assistance with general HR administration and employee service requests.
  • Prepare HR and government relations reports as needed.

The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, personnel affairs, or government relations, along with a solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR procedures.
