Its work includes Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AAQMS), Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), Predictive Emission Monitoring Systems (PEMS), Water Quality Monitoring Systems, and Noise Monitoring Systems. These services are used to support environmental compliance with EPA/PME requirements, improve process performance, and carry out emissions testing. The company also provides dispersion modeling and environmental auditing services to offer end-to-end environmental support.
Role Summary
The Human Resources Officer will oversee employee residency and government documentation, manage HR compliance processes, and support daily personnel operations. This includes handling medical insurance, GOSI updates, government portal transactions, HR records, onboarding and offboarding, and broader administrative support for the HR function.
Key Duties
- Manage renewals and processing for employee Iqamas, visas, contracts, and related government paperwork.
- Administer employee medical insurance, including enrollments, renewals, additions, and removals.
- Handle GOSI registration activities and keep records updated.
- Liaise with relevant government departments and ensure labor and immigration compliance.
- Work across government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, and Mudad, along with any other required portals.
- Keep employee files and HR records accurate and up to date.
- Support onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Provide assistance with general HR administration and employee service requests.
- Prepare HR and government relations reports as needed.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, personnel affairs, or government relations, along with a solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR procedures. Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, and Mudad is expected, as well as prior exposure to medical insurance administration. Strong organization and communication abilities are important, together with good written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
