Overview
We are seeking seasoned Human Resources leaders with extensive experience in people operations, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. This role involves crafting realistic evaluation tasks for advanced AI systems by designing practical HR scenarios based on real-world decision-making practices in large companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop authentic HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational design.
- Create reference materials such as HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, workforce plans, and organizational recommendations.
- Design scenarios focused on sensitive employee relations topics like disciplinary actions, accommodations, terminations, compensation adjustments, and workforce restructuring.
- Apply sophisticated HR judgment to complex compliance and people management challenges.
- Adapt HR decisions to factors such as company size, jurisdiction, employee demographics, and business context.
- Construct grading rubrics that effectively differentiate expert HR insights from generic textbook or certification-level answers.

- At least five years of professional experience in HR leadership, people operations, employee relations, compensation, talent management, or consulting.
- Direct responsibility for significant HR programs, employee relations issues, workforce initiatives, or compensation decisions.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and employment law applied in actual organizations.
- Experience making complex personnel decisions involving various stakeholders.
- Ability to generate clear HR policies, reports, investigations, recommendations, and organizational plans.
- Excellent written communication skills and sound professional judgment.
- Capability to distinguish legally compliant and practical HR solutions from theoretical textbook responses.
Preferred Experience
- Background working in large corporations, multinational enterprises, major consulting firms, or complex workforce environments.
- Leadership or senior HRBP roles, employee relations or compensation leadership, or executive people management experience.
- Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, CIPD, or CPHR.
- Experience managing sensitive employee investigations or critical employment matters.
- Track record in designing compensation programs, workforce plans, or organizational structures.
- Leadership in HR policy development and employment law compliance efforts.
- Experience developing HR training resources, professional standards, evaluation rubrics, or competency models.
- Advising senior executives, managers, legal teams, or board members on workforce issues.
