Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and anticipated business needs, recommending initiatives and processes to continuously improve team objectives, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with leaders and line managers to provide expert advice and solutions related to recruitment planning, career development, talent management, learning opportunities, coaching, compensation, rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic organizational development.
• Maintain high employee engagement by effectively monitoring employee sentiment and responding to feedback.
• Oversee complex HR projects at both operational and strategic levels to deliver exceptional HR programs.
• Handle employee relations and performance management discussions and challenges alongside relevant teams and leadership.
• Promote and embed company culture and values throughout all HR initiatives and interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience in human resources, with exposure to functions like HR business partnering, talent management, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, or organizational development.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and apply sound business judgment combined with people insights to make informed decisions.
• Capability to work quickly without compromising on attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proactive approach and a collaborative mindset.
