Overview
This role involves managing comprehensive human resource functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate employee onboarding processes as well as exit procedures.
- Track and manage employee attendance, leave balances, and gather relevant payroll data.
- Contribute to employee performance evaluations and support development programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and organize training sessions.
- Address employee grievances and aid in resolving workplace conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations, internal policies, and HR protocols.
- Compile and prepare various HR reports, management information systems data, and necessary documentation.
- Assist during HR audits and maintain statutory compliance.
Experience
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
