About the Role
We are seeking an intern with strong communication skills, logical reasoning, agility, and organizational abilities to work in Recruitment & Selection in a business-focused environment. The role extends beyond simple screening; you will support the team in identifying and attracting top market talents, engaging continuously with candidates and clients, with an emphasis on performance and results. If you are currently pursuing a degree, inquisitive, and interested in strategic Recruitment & Selection, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform active searches for professionals using platforms such as LinkedIn, Catho, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Initiate contact and implement strategic approaches with candidates.
- Assist in developing talent attraction and conversion strategies.
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for open positions and client projects.
- Monitor vacancy performance indicators and support management of selection processes.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates and clients to ensure alignment of expectations and quality throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program with at least one year remaining to completion.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day during business hours.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity and passion for business.
