Role Overview

We are collaborating with a well-funded and rapidly expanding start-up based in Atlanta, GA, supported by prominent industry leaders and investors. This newly established executive position, reporting directly to the CEO and part of the leadership team, seeks a Head of Operations to oversee vendor management, procurement, and delivery operations for a hardware and software platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
Manage procurement processes and ensure smooth delivery operations for the platform.
Scale the operations function from early stages or manage large-scale growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience driving operations, including scaling operations teams and functions.
Experience in physical product, construction, or field services sectors.
Strong expertise in vendor negotiations and sourcing hardware and supply chain components.
Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation is highly desirable.
Background or knowledge in industrial hardware, controls, or automation is a plus.
