Head of Operations

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a well-funded and rapidly expanding start-up based in Atlanta, GA, supported by prominent industry leaders and investors. This newly established executive position, reporting directly to the CEO and part of the leadership team, seeks a Head of Operations to oversee vendor management, procurement, and delivery operations for a hardware and software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure smooth delivery operations for the platform.
• Scale the operations function from early stages or manage large-scale growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience driving operations, including scaling operations teams and functions.
• Experience in physical product, construction, or field services sectors.
• Strong expertise in vendor negotiations and sourcing hardware and supply chain components.
• Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation is highly desirable.
• Background or knowledge in industrial hardware, controls, or automation is a plus.
