Hausverwalter*in (m/w/d)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hausverwalter*in to join our robust team at Bäckerei Naumann GmbH & Co. KG in Kefenrod, Hesse. This role is available immediately, with start dates on the 1st or 15th of the month. Both full-time and part-time options exist, embracing candidates who value responsibility and maintenance in a hands-on work environment.

Primary Duties

• Become an integral part of our artisanal craft team, maintaining the condition of our production sites, office spaces, and retail stores — the foundation of our enterprise.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure proper upkeep of these premises, including routine repairs, cleaning, and minor construction tasks.
• Engage in the installation and renovation activities necessary to keep our facilities functional and welcoming.

Desired Attributes

• A strong sense of order and cleanliness with a proactive approach to taking responsibility.
• Capability to work independently as well as cooperatively within teams, showing commitment, motivation, and a solution-driven mindset.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
• Prior experience or training in property management or electrical work is preferred but not mandatory; open to newcomers from related or unrelated professions.
