Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled freelance Graphic Designer to support the final production phase of their 2027 brochure. This project involves working closely with the Marketing team and Brand Leads to review and revise the initial brochure draft created by an external agency. The brochure is a substantial document consisting of around 171 pages plus covers, requiring detailed design edits to be print-ready by early October 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make requested changes from the Marketing team and Brand Leads including updates to text content, images, and color adjustments.
• Apply minor layout modifications to uphold visual coherence and impact throughout the brochure.
• Maintain consistency of graphic elements over multiple pages within Adobe InDesign files.
• Prepare and finalize the brochure artwork for printing.
• Engage with internal collaborators to gather feedback and confirm the necessary alterations.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design, especially handling brochures or other extensive multi-page InDesign projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with capability to work on large, complex documents.
• Strong attention to detail with the skill to execute intricate amendments precisely.
• Experience in print-ready artwork preparation.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment onsite in Livingston, Scotland.
• Availability from late August through early October 2026 to meet tight deadlines, including flexibility for onsite collaboration.
