Job Overview
Join a leading manufacturing firm as a Graduate Trainee, where you will gain hands-on experience in mechanical engineering applications and contribute to various production and quality activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with designing products and creating CAD models using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Support daily shop floor functions and help enhance manufacturing processes.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvement including Lean methodologies and Kaizen.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and quality control to uphold product standards.
- Provide assistance in the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to reduce downtime.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
