Overview
We are hiring a General Claims Specialist for our Doha office in Qatar. This role focuses on managing insurance claims with accuracy, speed, and professionalism while supporting smooth coordination between stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with insurance carriers and loss adjusters.
- Handle claims cases efficiently and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
- Coordinate with insurers to uphold service expectations and close pending claims.
- Review declined claims again to determine whether the file is complete and if the claim meets eligibility criteria.
- Follow all legal obligations, sector regulations, and company quality standards.
Profile We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Hands-on background in general claims handling or processing.
- Good understanding of general insurance products, coverage terms, and applicable regulations.
- Solid awareness of the insurance regulatory environment in Qatar.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
