Overview

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our team at Dome Cafe Group located in Dome Valley, Auckland, New Zealand. Our company emphasizes empowering employees through comprehensive training and necessary resources to excel in their roles.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally
• Prepare both hot and cold beverages efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a pleasant dining environment
• Carry out general cleaning and upkeep of the café area

Candidate Profile

• A genuine passion for outstanding customer service
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• Availability to work flexible hours between 5am and 9pm, Monday through Sunday

Dome is a well-established Western Australian business operating over 60 cafés across the state, offering diverse opportunities for individuals from various backgrounds. This position is permanent part-time; casual positions are not available.
