About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Back of House Team Members to become part of our dedicated team at Dôme Busselton Central. Dôme prioritizes comprehensive training and equips our staff with essential resources to perform their tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Back of House Team Member, your duties include preparing ingredients and menu items consistently to a high standard to satisfy our guests, while maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen space.
Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for delivering quality food to our patrons
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
- Proactive in recognizing tasks that need completion and ensuring their fulfillment
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous but not essential
- Availability to work any day from Monday through Sunday, within the time frame of 5am to 9pm
