Role Overview
As an F&B Captain, you will support the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations aiming to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize team performance, and improve business results. Key responsibilities include fostering guest satisfaction, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and maintaining quality standards by serving high-quality products. The role requires building and sustaining a strong team atmosphere, delivering prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and F&B standards, managing daily team relations, and promoting problem-solving skills among team members through training and empowerment.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Well-groomed appearance with high personal hygiene standards
- Enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude and pleasant personality
