Project Overview

Participation Details
You will engage in a virtual session where you'll evaluate diverse design artifacts and give organized feedback. During the session, you will need to decompose your creative decision-making process and detail how you determine quality. Additionally, you will assist in formulating evaluation rubrics based on expert critiques. The session will involve screen sharing and verbal explanation of your analytical methods.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced designers and creative professionals with proficiency in visual criticism
- Roles such as UX/UI designers, graphic designers, art directors, and creative leads encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated success in evaluating creative outputs and developing design systems or guidelines
Responsibilities
- Analyze and critique various visual design materials

- Explain your creative decision-making during remote video calls with screen sharing
