Project Overview

We are conducting a remunerated research study focused on how expert designers assess and critique creative works. Participation Details

You will engage in a virtual session where you'll evaluate diverse design artifacts and give organized feedback. During the session, you will need to decompose your creative decision-making process and detail how you determine quality. Additionally, you will assist in formulating evaluation rubrics based on expert critiques. The session will involve screen sharing and verbal explanation of your analytical methods.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced designers and creative professionals with proficiency in visual criticism
• Roles such as UX/UI designers, graphic designers, art directors, and creative leads encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated success in evaluating creative outputs and developing design systems or guidelines

Responsibilities

• Analyze and critique various visual design materials
• Dissect intuitive design judgments into standardized, replicable activities
• Compose clear evaluation rubrics for measuring design quality
• Explain your creative decision-making during remote video calls with screen sharing

• Professional experience in roles such as designer, art director, or creative leadership

Compensation Information

The role offers a payment rate of $30 USD per hour.
