Job Overview
The role involves overseeing complete recruitment processes across multiple levels and locations, maintaining a strong candidate database aligned with budgeting needs, and managing candidate sourcing and shortlisting effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for all levels and locations within the company.
- Understand and capture hiring requirements based on budget and stakeholder input to build and sustain a candidate pipeline.
- Source potential candidates and shortlist suitable profiles for available positions.
- Conduct initial interview rounds and coordinate further interviews for selected candidates.
- Work closely with panel members to facilitate technical interview rounds.
- Participate in salary negotiations, respond to candidate inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, and provide guidance throughout their recruitment journey.
- Verify essential documentation for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding operations for new hires.
- Engage in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and promote job vacancies through the company website and social media platforms.
- Liaise with various governmental agencies for manpower acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria
