Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiting Sourcer for a long-term fully remote contract. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source executive-level candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive executive candidates.
  • Conduct detailed research on target companies, industries, and talent markets to support executive search efforts.
  • Perform market mapping and competitive intelligence studies to pinpoint top talent.
  • Collaborate with executive recruiting leadership to understand hiring priorities and devise effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trend data, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed on local and national executive talent trends and employ innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations including research and due diligence on qualifications and leadership experience.
  • Present suitable executive candidates to the recruiting team and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Qualifications
