Executive Recruiting Sourcer

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiting Sourcer for a long-term fully remote contract. This role is perfect for recruiting professionals passionate about executive search, talent sourcing, and market analysis. The selected individual will collaborate closely with executive recruiting leaders to find, engage, and attract top-tier executive talent while assisting in key hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source executive-level candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive executive candidates.
• Conduct detailed research on target companies, industries, and talent markets to support executive search efforts.
• Perform market mapping and competitive intelligence studies to pinpoint top talent.
• Collaborate with executive recruiting leadership to understand hiring priorities and devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Provide market insights, hiring trend data, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Stay informed on local and national executive talent trends and employ innovative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations including research and due diligence on qualifications and leadership experience.
• Present suitable executive candidates to the recruiting team and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Effectively manage multiple executive search projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work with team members to ensure a superior candidate experience and maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders concerning sourcing progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in executive-level sourcing or recruiting.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for leadership and executive roles.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Oracle ATS.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and internet recruiting strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting healthcare executives or within executive search functions.
• Background in retained or corporate executive search.
• Knowledge of talent mapping and competitive market research.
• Experience hiring across diverse functional areas.
