Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Supervisor throughout all phases of slickline service operations under direct supervision.
- Assist with pre-job preparations including assembly, equipment testing, and mobilization of slickline tools and products.
- Participate in performing slickline services at well sites as required.
- Aid in post-job activities such as equipment demobilization, cleaning, and maintenance of service tools and products.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately; communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure successful job outcomes.
- Work collaboratively as an effective team member in all assigned tasks.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) related to job duties.
- Utilize basic reading comprehension and writing skills in daily activities; basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Obtain required local driving skills and licenses as applicable.
- Learn and apply relevant company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies consistently.
- Acquire foundational knowledge of energy industry terminology, slickline procedures, and associated equipment including surface units, well pressure control, and downhole tools.
- This role serves as a developmental position preparing for advancement to Service Operator or Service Specialist roles.
