ESG Operator Assistant I - Slickline

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Service Supervisor throughout all phases of slickline service operations under direct supervision.
• Assist with pre-job preparations including assembly, equipment testing, and mobilization of slickline tools and products.
• Participate in performing slickline services at well sites as required.
• Aid in post-job activities such as equipment demobilization, cleaning, and maintenance of service tools and products.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately; communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure successful job outcomes.
• Work collaboratively as an effective team member in all assigned tasks.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) related to job duties.
• Utilize basic reading comprehension and writing skills in daily activities; basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Obtain required local driving skills and licenses as applicable.
• Learn and apply relevant company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies consistently.
• Acquire foundational knowledge of energy industry terminology, slickline procedures, and associated equipment including surface units, well pressure control, and downhole tools.
• This role serves as a developmental position preparing for advancement to Service Operator or Service Specialist roles.
