Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to employers and representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Conducting fee-earning work that contributes profitably to both the Employment Team and the wider Business Services Division.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial legal services while maintaining professional ethics and quality standards.
• Serving as a positive ambassador for the firm at all times.
