About the Role
A prominent UK law firm seeks a newly qualified Employment Associate to join their esteemed employment law team in Reading. The practice is recognized as one of the top employment law groups in the Thames Valley and consistently earns high rankings in legal directories.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to employers and representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Conducting fee-earning work that contributes profitably to both the Employment Team and the wider Business Services Division.
- Supporting the firm's growth by aligning work with the business plan and firm’s collective objectives.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial legal services while maintaining professional ethics and quality standards.
- Serving as a positive ambassador for the firm at all times.
Team and Clientele
The Reading-based employment team manages clients including well-known employers, with a strong focus on the technology and education sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with partners on complex and routine employment law cases both contentious and non-contentious.
