Job Overview
We are looking for an Email Support Executive to join our team at Call 2 Connect Private Limited in Mumbai. This role involves handling customer support through email, chat, and voice communications as part of a blended process.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduate.
- Strong proficiency in English communication skills, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Good typing speed and competency with computer operations.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer support is preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
