About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing, independent, and meticulous individual to take charge of internship recruiting at Tesla. Working within the Giga Future Talent team, you will play a pivotal role in developing Tesla's future talent pipeline by collaborating closely with our top-tier recruiting team to build the best workforce for Tesla.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of Tesla's recruitment program for interns, apprentices, and working students at the Gigafactory, managing the end-to-end hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish clear candidate profiles for future talents.
• Develop lasting cross-departmental relationships to ensure smooth communication, efficient processes, and an excellent candidate experience.
• Independently manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Define, measure, and report on relevant recruitment metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and effective prioritization skills.
• A self-driven, detail-focused problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with creativity, persistence, and adaptability to change.
