About the Role
Blanco Cantina is looking for a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen organized, efficient, and ready for a fast-paced service. The role suits someone dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment where cleanliness and teamwork are essential.
Blanco emphasizes high energy, fresh ingredients, confident service, and a team culture built on trust, pride in craft, and strong standards. The work environment is lively and can be especially busy during Taco Tuesdaze, weekends, and peak dining hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cookware, pots, and utensils so they are ready for continued use.
- Keeping the dish area neat and orderly, while helping with simple food preparation when support is needed.
- Following safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and secure kitchen.
- Assisting with routine cleanup tasks such as removing garbage, sweeping floors, and mopping surfaces.
- Working in step with the kitchen team to support smooth service during rush periods.
