Blanco Cantina is looking for a Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen organized, efficient, and ready for a fast-paced service. The role suits someone dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment where cleanliness and teamwork are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cookware, pots, and utensils so they are ready for continued use.
• Keeping the dish area neat and orderly, while helping with simple food preparation when support is needed.
• Following safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and secure kitchen.
• Assisting with routine cleanup tasks such as removing garbage, sweeping floors, and mopping surfaces.
• Working in step with the kitchen team to support smooth service during rush periods.
