Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead data governance and process mining efforts aimed at establishing a clear baseline of current operations while creating reusable, governed data products. This leadership role involves defining frameworks, policies, and standards for data governance aligned with enterprise-wide process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Create and maintain data products on a real-time data fabric including ensuring data lineage and quality.
- Utilize process mining techniques to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas ripe for automation.
- Lead approaches to prepare data readiness utilizing system data, structured interviews, and business walkthroughs as needed.
- Drive enterprise-wide adherence to data governance and continual process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in data governance and analytics roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise with process mining on enterprise-level processes.
- Prior experience within government sectors or regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with data products and data marketplace projects is advantageous.
