Key Responsibilities

• Investigate player behavior and product datasets to identify trends and suggest enhancements for game performance, stability, test automation, and bug tracking.
• Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visual aids to enable faster and informed decision-making by stakeholders.
• Collaborate in designing predictive analytics and machine learning solutions to customize player experiences as well as aid in product decision processes.
• Leverage generative AI technologies to augment personal workflow efficiency and help scale data-driven insights.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to formulate pertinent analytical questions and determine suitable datasets, embedding analytics into daily operational choices.
• Effectively communicate analytic findings to both technical teams and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into actionable guidance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of applied experience in data analytics within gaming, mobile applications, or equivalent digital platforms.
• Strong command of SQL for extensive dataset querying alongside skills in Python or R for analysis and modeling tasks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker and PowerBI.
• Competence in converting business challenges into precise technical data requirements.
• Keen interest or experience with machine learning and generative AI applications to enrich analytics and player insight capabilities.
• Excellent storytelling abilities to align business goals with analytical undertakings, accompanied by practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and effective communication skills.
• Capability to autonomously manage responsibilities including planning and executing assigned analytical projects.

Compensation & Benefits

For the British Columbia location, anticipated salary ranges between 77,700 and 107,900 CAD annually, subject to considerations such as education, certifications, experience, and geographic factors.
