Role Overview
We seek a Customer Support Specialist to offer effective and professional assistance to both users and clinicians of the MindFriend platform, facilitating seamless experiences in appointment scheduling, payment processing, and overall platform navigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from clients and clinicians via email, chat, and other support channels.
- Help users with booking appointments, managing account access, and resolving payment-related concerns.
- Provide clear guidance on utilizing platform features such as video consultations, appointment scheduling, and profile management.
- Troubleshoot common technical problems, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Accurately document all support interactions and requests.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and confidential demeanor in all user interactions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support or client service roles, preferably within technology or healthcare sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
