Job Overview
We are inviting dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join as Customer Service Executives in our Gurugram office. This full-time role involves managing incoming customer queries and actively supporting sales across multiple communication platforms within a lively and evolving workspace.
Key Duties
- Respond promptly to customer questions through telephony, email, and chat channels.
- Explain product offerings and service details comprehensively to customers.
- Guide clients to make well-informed insurance choices tailored to their needs.
- Keep precise records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Professionally address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to elevate the overall customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between zero and four years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Maintain composure and effectively manage stressful or conflicting situations.
- Have basic proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrate sharp problem-solving skills and a detailed-oriented mindset.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Additional Information
- Work schedule consists of six working days each week.
- Interviews are conducted exclusively in-person; virtual interviews are not offered.
Compensation
The salary package ranges from INR 250,000 to INR 400,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience.
